摘　　要：维修工程是高等学校教学、科研、学习和生活必不可少的工作,对保障学校发展起着重要作用,为保证维修项目管理的顺利进行,有必要加强合同管理。通过了解维修工程项目合同的类型及合同管理内容,探索目前维修工程合同管理过程中存在的问题以寻求对策,结合SZ学院维修工程项目合同,具体分析探讨。在实际合同管理过程中,要强化合同权威地位,完善高校维修合同管理,以促进高校维修工程的规范发展。Maintenance engineering is an important work in university education,scientific research,studying and day- life,and which also plays an important role to promote the development of universities. It is necessary to contract management to make sure maintenance engineering proceed smoothly. Through realize maintenance engineering＇s contract kind and contract management,Exploring the problems in the process of maintenance engineering contract management to seek some suggestions. Combining with the maintenance engineering contract of SZ University,we should concretely analyze and discuss for it. In the process of the actual contract management,we must try to improve the power of contract,promoting the development of university maintenance engineering.
