摘  要:以燃料电池电动车(FCEV)为应用背景,提出了一种新颖的变模态控制双向DC/DC变换器。变换器具有两种工作模式,可以根据能量流动方向自动选择对应的工作模式。能量正向流动时,采用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方式,变换器等效为有源箝位隔离型Boost变换器,通过采用次级谐振倍压实现整流开关管零电流开关关断。能量反向流动时,采用脉冲频率调制(PFM)方式,变换器等效为半桥LLC谐振变换器,无需辅助电路初、次级开关管均能实现软开关。给出了变换器工作原理分析及设计方法。最后,搭建了一台500W的样机,实验结果验证了所提变换器的优良性能。A novel variable modality controlled bi-directional DC/DC converter applied in fuel cell electric vehicle(FCEV) is proposed.The proposed converter has two operational modes,and can switch to its corresponding mode automatically according to the direction of energy flow.Pulse width modulation(PWM) is applied in positive energy flow and the converter is equivalent to isolated active-clamp Boost converter,and zero current switching turning-off of rectifying transistor is realized by using resonant voltage doubler.Pulse frequency modulation(PFM) is applied in negative energy flow and the converter is equivalent to half-bridge LLC resonant converter,and soft switching of transistor in both side is realized without auxiliary circuit.The operational mechnism and design method is presented.Finally,a 500 W prototype is built and the experimental results verify the good performance of the proposed converter.
