摘 要:为了解决传统隔离型半桥变换器输入端电流断续造成的电磁干扰(EMI)等问题,提出了一种新型半桥变换器拓扑,它利用隔离变压器漏感和耦合电容构成输入滤波器实现了输入电流的连续。对变换器拓扑及其工作原理进行了分析,提出了隔离变压器和耦合电容的参数设计方法。最后,对新型拓扑进行了实验验证,结果表明新型半桥变换器实现了输入电流的连续,并有效减小了变压器漏感造成的开关管关断电压尖峰。In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic interference(EMI) caused by discontinuous input current of traditional isolated half-bridge converter,a new type of half-bridge converter topology is proposed.It uses an input filter which composed of isolation transformer leakage and coupled capacitances to achieve a continuous input current.The converter topology structure and its working principles are analyzed,and the parameter design method of isolation transformer and coupling capacitance are proposed.Finally,experimental tests are carried out for verification of the new topology.Results show that the new half-bridge converter successes in achieving continuous input current,and it is effective in reducing overvoltage caused by leakage inductance of the transformer when switches are turned off.
