摘 要:光伏并网逆变器具有节能、环保、能源可再生等优点,因此得到了广泛应用。与传统的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)相比,三维(3D)空间矢量调制(SVPWM)具有电压利用率高、电流谐波含量小、控制器参数简单等优点。为此,基于数字芯片TMS320F2812,研究和实现了3D SVPWM的三相四桥臂并网逆变器数字控制。9 kW并网逆变器样机的实验结果验证了控制算法的可行性和有效性。Photovoltaic grid-connected inverter has been applied wildly because it's energy saving,environmentally friendly and renewable sources.Compared with traditional sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM),3D space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is more popular for its higher voltage utilization ratio,lower current harmonics and simpler control parameter.3D SVPWM three-phase four-bridge grid-connected inverter is studied and implemented based on TMS320F2812 digital chip.Experimental results which are taken from a prototype with 9 kW level shown the effectiveness and feasibility of the studied digital control.
