摘　　要：运用社会工作、社会治理和罪错青少年矫治的相关理论,站在专业社会工作的立场,在对沈阳市"关护计划"进行深入调研的基础上,从组织领导机制、公众参与机制、服务整合机制和监测评估机制四个社会治理维度,对罪错青少年群体社会治理中存在的薄弱环节进行分析,并结合辽宁实际,对下一步如何完成真正意义上的政府购买青少年社会组织服务提出意见和建议。This essay uses theories of social work, social management and wrongdoings juvenile correction, an- alyzing the weaknesses of social management of wrongdoings juvenile groups from four social management dimensions organizational leadership mechanism, public participation mechanism, service integration mechanism and monitoring assessment mechanism. Combining Liaoning practical situation, the paper also offers sug- gestions and recommends on how complete buying juvenile social organization service indeed
