摘　　要：意识形态领导权是以特定的意识形态通过和其他意识形态的自由竞争而获得统领地位的权力,它关系到我们党的前途命运、生死存亡,事关国家的长治久安,事关民族凝聚力和向心力。目前,我国高校意识形态工作正面临着西方的渗透、国内深刻和复杂的社会转型影响、传统教育方式的根深蒂固及思想认识不到位等挑战。因此,需要强化党对意识形态工作的统领,加强意识形态阵地建设,提升教师思想政治素质,创新意识形态工作途径。The ideological leadership as special ideology obtains the reign power through free competition with other ideologies. It is crucial for the survival of our party＇ s future and destiny, the long-term stability of the country, and also the national cohesion and solidarity. Our university ideological work in china is faced with challenges of the infiltration of Western, the effect of the deep and complex society restructuring, the deeply rooted traditional way in education and the ideas which are not in place. Our university ideological work needs to strengthen the party＇s leadership in ideological work, strengthen the construction of the ideological front,en- hance teachers＇ ideological and political quality ,and innovate in ideological work approach.
