摘　　要：石墨烯是一种具有独特理化性质的二维晶体纳米材料,在各个领域中都有广泛应用,但在再生医学方面的研究尚处于早期阶段。我们就石墨烯类材料的细胞毒性,及其诱导干细胞向成骨、成神经、成心肌、成脂方向分化的相关研究进行综述。Graphene is a kind of atomic crystal nanomaterial arranged in a two-dimensional structure with extraordinary physicochemical properties, which have been extensively employed in various fields. However the application of graphene in regenerative medicine is still in an early phase. In this paper, the study of toxicity of graphene-based materials and its ability of inducing stem cell differentiation into osteogenic, neuronal, cardiomyogenic and adipogenic lineages were reviewed.
