摘　　要：以北京市疾病预防控制中心为例,系统分析北京地区公共卫生,尤其是疾病预防控制人才队伍的发展现况、管理机制以及人才培养特点,确定当前北京地区公共卫生人才队伍建设中需要解决的关键问题,从而为探讨适合于北京地区公共卫生人才队伍建设需求的人才管理模式提供政策建议。The research was conducted in Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control. The situation,management mechanism and training characteristics of public health professionals were analyzed in Beijing. The research results were used to find out the key issues which should be resolved in public health personnel team construction,and provide information for appropriate management model establishment.
