摘　　要：本文分析了3500t(7×500t)纵梁压机液压及电控系统存在的主要问题,提出了系统改造和维修方案。介绍了改造后系统的组成及其主要功能,详述了电气部分增加的主要功能。系统改造后可靠性好、操作简便,故障指示直观,满足了生产需求。The main problems in hydraulic and electric control system of 3500 t truck side-member press have been analyzed in the text. The maintenance and transformation proposal have been put forward. The composition and main function of the transformed system have been introduced. The added main function of electric part has been expounded in detail. The transformed system has advantages like good reliability, easy operation, and visual fault indication, which can meet the production requirement.
