摘  要:高温高压管是核电设备和火力发电设备使用的关键基础结构件。本文通过Gleeble热模拟实验机,对P92耐热钢进行热压缩变形实验,从而得到P92耐热钢的真实应力应变曲线。对真实应力应变曲线进行观察,发现材料在高温变形过程中出现了动态软化现象。通过引入Zener-Hollomon参数,建立P92耐热钢的本构方程。另外,对热压缩试样进行金相实验,分析实验数据和金相实验结果。研究变形温度、变形量、应变速率等变形参数对动态再结晶和流变应力的影响规律,得到了P92合金的动态再结晶数学模型和晶粒尺寸模型。最后利用FORGE有限元软件,对管材的热挤压过程和动态再结晶过程进行模拟分析。High temperature and high pressure pipe is a key basic part of the nuclear power equipment and ther- mal power plants. This article will get the real stress-strain curves of P92 heat-resistant steel by the hot compres- sion deformation experiments on Gleeble thermal simulation machine. Observe the true stress-strain curve, the dy- namic softening phenomenon will be found in the process of high temperature deformation of the material. The ar- ticle will establish the constitutive equation of P92 heat-resistant steel by the introduction of the Zener-Hollomon parameter. And Thermal compressed sample will be taken the metallographic experimental. Experimental data and metallographic experimental results will be analyzed. The impact law of the deformation temperature, deformation, strain rate to dynamic recrystallization and flow stress law will be studied. This article will got the dynamic re- crystallization mathematical models and grain size model of the P92 alloy by combination of linear regression method. At last, the artical will simulate the hot extrusion process and dynamic recrystallization process by forge finite element software.
