摘 要:近年来临床研究和动物在体研究已经证明糖尿病与骨关节炎的发生发展密切相关,明确指出糖尿病是OA发病的独立危险因素,影响OA的治疗效果.相关的机制研究表明葡萄糖转运蛋白、糖基化终末产物、MMPs、周围神经及各种炎性因子等因素直接或间接地参与和诱导了骨关节炎的形成和发展.本研究就糖尿病与骨关节炎相关性,糖尿病性骨关节炎的发病机制进行综述.Osteoarthritis (OA) and diabetes mellitus (DM) are common chronic diseases and fre- quently-occurring disease in the elderly. With the coming of aging society, the harmfulness to family and society is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, studies have proved that DM is closely relat- ed to OA and they are always common co-existence. DM is the independent risk factor for OA. glucose transporters, glycosylation end products, MMPs, peripheral nerves and various kinds of factors such as inflammatory factors, directly or indirectly induce the development of OA. In this review, we summarize the literature addressing the interactions between DM and OA diabetes and osteoarthritis correlation and the mechanisms through which DM contributes to OA.
