超低温冷冻同种异体骨与骨制备的骨组织库建立及临床应用

摘　　要：目的建立现代骨组织库,观察系列冷冻干燥同种骨移植的临床效果。方法采用深低温冷冻法、真空冷冻干燥和辐照灭菌法进行保存,临床应用异体骨时,根据患者的需要和骨组织库的记录资料合理选择,运用于骨缺损填充、脊柱和关节融合手术89例。结果术后随访6~24月,89例未见明显排斥反应,疗效满意。结论冷冻干燥同种异体骨制备的松皮质填充骨、颈腰椎融合器等系列使用安全,保存和运输方便,用于修复骨缺损及脊柱融合等,是一种有效的方法。Objective To establish human bone tissue bank base on modern technique and to observe the clinical result of frozen dried bone allografting. Methods The preparative and preservation method include deep refrigeration, vacuum freeze drying and radiation sterilization. The kind of frozen dried bone allografts were used in 89 cases of bone transplantation included bone defect, spine fusion and joint fusion base on require of patients and record material of Tissue bank.Results The cases had no distinguishable immunologic rejection in all 89 cases with satisfactory results. Conclusion The frozen dried bone allograft is safety in clinical use and it is a perfect substitution of bone autograft.
