重庆市北碚区母婴健康素养现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解北碚区居民母婴健康素养,找出其影响因素,为制定该区妇幼卫生工作有效策略提供依据。方法以《母婴健康素养——基本知识与技能(试行)》为主线,自行设计调查问卷,抽取北碚区17个镇街的1062名孕妇及计划怀孕的妇女进行母婴素养健康调查。结果北碚区母婴健康素养的平均水平为1.79%,具备基本知识和基本理念素养水平、健康生活方式与行为与健康技能水平的比例分别为4.52%、4.24%和3.48%。城市居民具备的母婴健康素养比例高于农村(P<0.05),大专及以上文化程度高于高中及以下文化程度(P<0.05),孕妇高于待孕妇女(P<0.05),有生育史妇女高于无生育史妇女(P<0.05)。结论北碚区居民母婴健康素养较低,不同地区、不同文化程度、不同孕育史和不同生育史的人群母婴健康素养存在差异。Objective To investigation the status and influencing factors of maternal and infant health literacy among residents in Beibei District and to provide evidence for developing appropriate intervention measures and strategies of Maternal and Child Health. Methods In the maternal and child health literacy, basic knowledge and skills （try out） as the main line, self-designed questionnaire, extraction of Beibei 17 evaluated integratedly plan of 1062 pregnant women and pregnant women from mother to child literacy health survey. Results The maternal and infant health literacy rate was 1.79%. The maternal and infant health literacy rate for basic health concept and knowledge, lifestyle and behaviors, and health related skills were 4.52% , g. 24% and 3.48%. With the proportion of maternal and child health literacy for urban residents than for rural ones （P 〈 0. 05）, college and above educational level is higher than high school education or less, pregnant women is higher than for pregnant women （P 〈 0. 05）, women with reproductive history has a history of reproductive women is higher than without （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Have medical work background is higher than without medical background （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Beibei District residents of maternal and child health literacy is low, the degree of different regions, different culture, different inoculation history and family history of differences between groups of maternal and child health literacy.
