摘　　要：国家电网公司一体化电视会议系统承载了众多视频会议应用,成为公司重要的办公支撑系统,覆盖范围广,在网设备众多。为了满足日益增长的会议需求和会议质量要求,需要提升电视电话会议系统的稳定性和系统维护的可靠性。文章通过研究现有视频会议系统的架构、会议保障模式、系统负载能力等,提出了基于会议管理系统的会议分级控制策略,探索召开大规模视频会议时的分级控制模式和方法,并在实际生产环境中进行了测试,验证了所构建的会议保障方式的稳定性和可行性,实现了统一指挥和分级保障的目标,提升了大规模视频会议的可靠性和组会效率。The integrated TV conference system of SGCC supports many video conference applications, and it becomes an important office supporting system, covering a wide range and having lots of equipments. In order to meet the increasing meeting needs with high quality requirements, it is essential to improve the stability and reliability of the video conference system. This paper studies the existing video conference system architecture, conference support mode, the capacity of system load, etc, proposes a conference hierarchical control strategy based on the conference management system, and explores the hierarchical control mode and method for large-scale video conference. Real production environment test results proved the stability and feasibility of the proposed conference support method, which can enhance the reliability and effi ciency of large-scale video conference.
