摘　　要：谈判作为西方冲突化解的一种基本方法与策略,不仅是一种互动性的社会交往形式,还是一种进行资源分配的重要方式,且日益成为现代社会解决公共冲突的一种重要路径。谈判因其在成本与成效、针对不同冲突情境的适应性等方面优势,对于正处在社会转型期的中国公共冲突化解研究与实践具有重要借鉴价值。Negotiation, as a kind of the basic methods and strategies in the western conflict resolution, is not only a kind of interactive form of social interactions but also the important way of resources allocation, and has been becoming the important path of resolving public conflict in the modern society. Because of their advantages in terms of the cost and effectiveness and the adaptabilities to the different conflict situations, Negotiations have the important reference values on China’s public conflict resolution researches and practices in the social transition period.
