摘  要:为了改良优良水稻(Oryza.sativa L.)恢复系对稻瘟病的抗性,以含广谱抗稻瘟病基因Pi9的C12为供体,襄阳市农业科学院自主选育的杂交稻父本R997为受体,通过杂交、回交和自交并结合分子标记辅助选择(MAS),将Pi9基因导入到R997中,经大田筛选出综合性状较好的恢复系单株123个。经过苗瘟和穗颈瘟人工接种鉴定,最后选择携带Pi9抗病基因且大田抗性表现较好的13个改良新材料用于进一步的杂交组合测配,以期选育出综合抗性强的新品种。To improve the resistance of superior rice restorer line to blast,C12 carrying the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pi9 as donor,R997,the male parent of hybrid rice and bred by Xiangyang Academy of Agriculture Sciences as receptor, the Pi9 allele from C12 was introduced into R997 by crossing,backcrossing and selfing combining with marker-assisted selection (MAS) ,and then 123 elite restore lines were obtained through field testing. Through artificial inoculation and evaluation of seedling blast and neck blast,13 improved lines with Pi9 resistance genes and good resistance in the field were developed eventually, which could be used as testing materials in new hybrid rice development to breed new cultivars with strong resistance.
