摘 要:对木瓜(Chaenomeles sinensis)斑点落叶病致病菌冠盘二胞(Marssonina coronaria)的生物学特性及其室内药剂防治进行了研究。结果表明,病菌生长的最适培养基为PDA,在p H为7.0、碳源和氮源分别为可溶性淀粉和尿素、光照条件光/暗为12 h/12 h的条件下生长最好;菌丝致死温度为45℃。在供试的9种药剂中,多菌灵的抑菌效果最好,其EC50为8.78 mg/L,在浓度1.0 mg/L条件下,相对抑菌率达85.0%,代森锰锌效果最差,在浓度1.67 mg/L条件下,相对抑菌率仅为40.8%。The biological characteristics and suitable fungicide for the pathogen Marssonina coronaria of Chaenomeles sinensis spot leaf cast disease were studied. The effects of different nutrition and environmental conditions on the mycelium, as well as 9 pesticides against the pathogen were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the pathogen mycelium were grown well in PDA with pH7.0, soluble starch and urea were suitable carbon and nitrogen resource respectively. The lethal temperature was 45 ℃, and the light-dark alternation 12 h/12 h was benefit for mycelial growth. Among the 9 tested pesticides, the most effective agent was carbendazol, which EC50 was 8.78 mg/L, the relative inhibition rate was 85% under the recommended concentration 1.0 mg/L. Mancozeb was the least effective agent, the relative inhibition rate was 40.8% under the recommended concentration 1.67 mg/L.
