山慈菇提取液对小鼠4T1乳腺癌细胞抑制作用机制的研究

摘　　要：探索山慈菇提取液对小鼠4T1细胞抑制作用机制。采用水煎法制备山慈菇提取液,MTT比色法检测小鼠4T1细胞的增殖活性,Annexin V/PI双染流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞凋亡。结果表明,山慈菇提取液对4T1细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用(P<0.05),并呈剂量依赖关系。山慈菇提取液诱导小鼠4T1细胞凋亡效果明显,并有剂量依赖性。山慈菇提取液对小鼠乳腺癌细胞有明显的增殖抑制和诱导其细胞凋亡的作用。This experiment was aimed at exploring the effect of the water extracts of Shancigu on the proliferation of 4T1 cells in mice. The Shancigu extracts were prepared by water decoction. MTT colorimetric assay and ,AnnexinV/PI double staining flow cytometry （FCM） were adopted to detect the proliferation activity of mice 4T1 cells and the cell apoptosis. The results showed that Shancigu extracts presented significantly inhibited effect on the proliferation of 4T1 cells （P〈0.05）, and showed dose-dependent manner. The Shancigu water extracts showed significant effect on mice 4T1 cells induced-dapoptosis, and had dose dependence. It indicated that Shancigu extracts could effectively inhibit the proliferation of mice breast cancer cells and induce its apoptosis.
