高效液相色谱法测定八爪金龙及组方制剂中岩白菜素的含量

摘　　要：为测定八爪金龙及其组方制剂开喉剑中的有效成分岩白菜素,研究建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,以甲醇∶水（25∶75,V/V）为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长274 nm。结果表明,溶液中岩白菜素在0.585 6~58.560 0μg/m L时有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率为103.17%,RSD为0.28%,该方法操作简单、稳定、准确、可行,可用于开喉剑及组方药材八爪金龙中岩白菜素的含量测定。The HPLC method for determination of bergeninum content in Ardision crispa （Thunb.）A.DC and KaiHou sword was established. The method was performed on Luna-5u-c18 （2）-100A （150×4.6 mm,5 um）eolumn with a mixture of methanol and water（25：75 ,v/v）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 274 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The results indicated that the good linear range of vergeninum content was 0.585 6-58.560 0 μg （r=0.999 5）, the mean recovery was 103.17%,and RSD was 0.28%.The method is simple,stable,accurate and feasible,which can be used for the determination of bergeninum in A rdision crispa（Thunb.）A.DC and KaiHou sword.
