摘  要:以西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.)为材料,微喷灌溉为对照,研究痕量灌溉管不同埋深对日光温室春季西葫芦生长、产量和水分生产效率的影响,结果表明,痕量灌溉管不同埋深处理后对西葫芦的生长影响无差异性;与对照相比,埋深6、12 cm 2个处理的西葫芦叶片蒸腾速率分别降低了1.26、1.72 mmol(H2O)/(m^2·s),叶片净光合速率分别提高了1.40、1.09μmol(CO2)/(m^2·s),果实有机酸含量分别降低了17.2%、6.9%;微喷灌溉的果实VC含量分别比2个处理降低了32.7%、30.5%。在0-6 cm深基质里含水量高低表现为微喷灌溉〉痕量灌溉管埋深6 cm〉痕量灌溉管埋深12 cm,在6-12 cm深基质里含水量高低表现为微喷灌溉〉痕量灌溉管埋深12 cm〉痕量灌溉管埋深6 cm;痕量灌溉管埋深6、12 cm的处理其667 m^2的耗水量分别比微喷灌溉下降了65.7%、61.7%,水分生产效率分别增加了102.4%、88.1%。综合产量、耗水量等经济因素,西葫芦基质栽培的痕量管埋深以6 cm为宜。Using squash(Cucurbita pepo L.) as test materials, micro spray irrigation as control, the effect of different embedded depth of trace pipe on growth, yield and water production efficiency of spring squash in sunlight greenhouse was studied.The results showed that the effect of embedded depth of trace irrigation pipe on growth of squash was not different. Compared with the control, for the treatment with embedded depth 6 and 12 cm, the leaf transpiration rate of squash was decreased by1.26 and 1.72 mmol(H2O) /(m^2·s) respectively; leaf net photosynthetic rate was increased by 1.40, 1.09 μmol(CO2) /(m^2·s)respectively; organic acid content of fruit was reduced by 17.2%, 6.9% respectively; VC content was reduced by 32.7% and30.5% respectively. The rank of water content in 0 to 6 cm substrate was micro spray irrigation 〉embedded depth 6 cm 〉embedded depth 12 cm; in 6 to 12 cm substrate was micro spray irrigation 〉embedded depth 12 cm 〉embedded depth 6cm. Water consumption per 667 m^2 with embedded depth 6, 12 cm decreased by 65.7%, 61.7% compared with micro spray irrigation, while water production efficiency was reduced by 102.4% and 88.1% respectively. Considering the yield and water consumption, 6 cm embedded depth of trace irrigation pipe was advisable.
