摘　　要：在阐述居民住宅火灾形势、社区消防社会化内涵基础上,从社区消防硬件基础、软件条件以及环境氛围三方面分析了当前社区消防社会化工作面临的困境,并从消防基础设施建设、消防自治组织体系以及社区居民的消防主体意识角度,提出了推进社区消防社会化工作的具体对策。Based on the analysis of the fire situation on residential buildings, on the guidance and goals on fire pre- vention socialization of community and on status quo of practice, the current dilemma of fire service socialization of community in was analyzed in terms of hardware, software and environment. The measures on promoting fire preven- tion socialization of community were put forward, too.
