消防部队推进实施预算绩效管理之探讨

摘　　要：预算绩效管理工作是政府绩效管理的重要组成部分。近年来,各级消防部队不断增强预算绩效管理理念,积极探索预算绩效管理理论,稳步推进预算绩效管理工作,取得了初步成效,但也存在一些问题。结合长沙市消防支队预算绩效管理的实际情况,从预算绩效管理的内涵,预算绩效管理的重要性和必要性,以及当前预算绩效管理的主要问题等角度进行探讨与分析,并提出推进预算绩效管理的合理建议。Budget performance management is one of the important components ment. In recent years, fire fighting forces of all levels have been strengthening of government performance manage- the budget performance management awareness, actively exploring budget performance management theory, and steadily advancing the budget perform- ance management work. Preliminary success has been achieved. However, a series of problems still exist. Based on the practical situation of the budget performance management of Changsha Fire Fighting Forces, the concept, the im- portance and necessity of budget performance management, as well as the major problems of current budget perform- ance management have been discussed and analyzed in this paper. Appropriate suggestions are proposed at the same time.
