基于语料库的中美高校英文简介体裁对比分析

摘　　要：本文通过收集中国和美国高校英文简介各30篇构成自建语料库,利用体裁分析理论和语料库研究方法从宏观体裁结构和微观语言特征两个层面对语料进行定量和定性分析,归纳出高校简介这一典型高校外宣材料语篇的体裁特征,以及中美两国语料在语步分布模式、频率、长度及语步内部词汇方面的差异,并从文化对比的角度分析了差异的原因。This paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of English university introductions in China and the U.S., based on 2 self-established corpora of 60 introductions, 30 from each country. With the theoretical foundation of genre analysis and corpus-based method, the common genre features of university introduction, as a typical publicity-oriented material of universities, are summarized, and the linguistic differences between the two corpora are analyzed in terms of the sequence pattern, the occurrence frequency and the length of the move, as well as the lexical features of each move. In the end, the paper provides the possible reasons for the differences from the perspective of culture.
