摘　　要：本研究以广东十一所高校的学生党支部组织生活调研数据为基础,分析学生党支部组织生活的现状和困境,提出构建以细化落实管理制度为保障,以优化创新组织生活为核心,以加强党员教育培养为关键的高校学生党支部组织生活的创新机制,以提升学生党支部组织生活的实效性。This research studied student party branches of 11 universities in Guangdong Province, China. It analyzed the status quo and dilemma of party branch activities for the purpose of enhancing its effectiveness.After that, three measures to innovate the mechanism were proposed as follows： to refine the managerial system, to improve the party branch activity and to reinforce education and cultivation of party members.
