摘　　要："互联网+"时代已经到来,以移动互联网为代表的网络技术的飞速发展,已经日益显现出其对社会政治经济领域的深刻影响。本文旨在探讨利用移动互联网流动性、及时性、互动性的特点,探索切实提高高校党建工作效率,创新党务工作方法的新思路,新途径。With the rapid development of information network technology, it has become increasingly apparent that mobile Internet has a profound impact on our social and political lives. The aim of this research is to explore the characteristics of mobile Internet such as its flow, timeliness and interaction, and try to find out new idea and new ways to solve the problems that may arise, so as to effectively improve the transparency of the party building work in colleges and universities.
