美术类大学生的择业认知与择业途径——兼论美术类高校就业指导工作的改进措施

摘　　要：本文基于天津美术学院学生择业观调研结果,对美术类大学生的择业观认知和择业途径进行分析。研究表明,美术类大学生择业认知的主要问题在于择业期望与社会现实差异较大,职业认知较为模糊,就业准备不足以及择业心态存在矛盾性。并且,面临就业难的局面,学生对高校就业指导工作有较高期待。美术类高校应该从构建大学生择业观引导体系、为学生提供社会实践和实习机会、系统开展职业生涯指导等方面开展就业指导工作。Based on a survey of employment outlook of students in Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, this paper analyzed the employment cognition and methods of arts college students. The research shows that most problems of job seeking are caused by the mismatch of students＇ expectations and social reality. Improper understanding of jobs, inadequate preparation and contradictory mentality can also lead to problems. Faced with difficulties in employment, college students desire for guidance from colleges. Therefore, arts colleges should give students more opportunities to take part in social practice, and conduct more research on how to carry out employment counseling.
