摘  要:以天水某集团公司CW6110E机床底座改造项目为背景,采用型钢劲性混凝土(SRC)代替原有铸铁材料作为机床底座,以达到减轻机床自身重量,降低生产成本的目标。该文通过自行设计,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对型钢混凝土底座进行了受力性能分析,并对薄弱部位进行了相应的加固处理。分析结果表明,由于机床刀架产生的水平切削力,使得混凝土局部表面开裂,采用FRP碳纤维材料进行局部加固,其FRP包裹长度大于最大切削构件长度3.0m。总体上,型钢混凝土底座具有较好的竖向承压能力。With the background of the renovation project of machine bedframe engineering for the Tianshui Group Company,steel reinforced concrete( SRC) is used to replace the original cast iron materials as a machine bedframe. The improved method would lose the machine bedframe weight and reduce the production cost. Using ABAQUS software,the mechanical performance of steel reinforced concrete machine bedframe is investigated and the weak positions are reinforcd corresponding. The results show that the concrete surface cracks due to the level of machine tool slide produce cutting force,and is reinforced with FRP carbon fiber materials. FRP package length is greater than the maximum cutting member length 3. 0 m. In general,the steel reinforced concrete machine bedframe has good vertical bearing capacity.
