摘 要:北京大宁调蓄泵站是大宁调蓄水库的重要组成部分,对解决南水北调来水与北京需水过程不匹配问题起着重要作用。根据泵站特点选定立式潜水导叶式混流泵为工程的合理泵型。通过三维紊流模型对肘形、簸箕形进水流道内水流流态进行数值模拟,预测和评价流道的水力特性,综合考虑水力性能和施工方便性,选用簸箕形进水流道。为进一步提高水泵的装置效率,对簸箕形流道进行优化设计,有效地改善了水泵的进水条件,装置最高效率提高了1.08%。本工程的研究成果可为类似工程设计提供参考。Daning Regulation Pumping Station is an important part of Daning Regulation Reservoir and plays an important role to solve the problem from the mismatch between the incoming water from the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and the water de- mand process in Beijing. The vertical submerged guide vane mixed-flow pump is selected as the reasonable type of pump for the project in accordance with the characteristics of the pumping station. Through a 3 - D turbulence model, the flow regimes in both the elbow-shaped and dustpan-shaped flow passages are numerically simulated for predicting and evaluating the hydraulic charac- teristics of the flow passage, thus the dustpan-shaped flow passage is selected under the comprehensive consideration of the hy- draulic performance and the convenience of the construction. For further enhancing the efficiency of the pump, an optimized de- sign is made on the dustpan-shaped flow passage, and then the water-intaking condition of the pump is effectively improved and the pumping efficiency is enhanced by 1.08% as well. The study achievements from this project can provide some references for the similar project concerned.
