摘  要:针对某蓄能电站超宽水头变幅的特点,探讨了水泵水轮机设计参数的选择。以CFD技术为手段展开优化设计,使优化后的水泵水轮机在保证水泵扬程超大变幅的前提下,既能满足高扬程对抽水量和效率的要求,又能将低扬程工况的空化性能控制在合理的范围内,同时还可兼顾水泵与水轮机工况的能量匹配关系。研究成果可为水泵水轮机的优化设计提供参考。Aiming at the characteristics of the ultra-wide amplitude of head variation of a pumped storage hydropower station, the selection of the design parameters of pump-turbine is discussed herein. By taking CFD technology to carry out an optimization de- sign, the optimized pump-turbine can not only meet the requirements of pump discharge and efficiency with a high pump head, but also can control the cavitation performance within a reasonable scope under the operation condition of lower pump head under the premise of ensuring the ultra-large amplitude of the head variation, meanwhile, the energy matching relationship between the operations of both the pump and the turbine can be considered as well. The study result can provide a reference for the optimiza- tion design of pump-turbine.
