摘 要:为评价典型滨海核电厂厂址防洪安全,采用MIKE21软件模拟外海高潮位顶托条件下可能最大洪水和1 000年一遇洪水的演进过程,分析了厂址北侧排洪通道上所建大件桥梁对洪水的阻水作用。研究结果表明:相比于桥梁的阻水作用,核电厂的防洪安全主要受降雨所引起的厂址上游小流域洪峰强度的控制,即使在设计基准洪水位和潮位叠加可能最大降雨洪水情景下,核电厂主厂区也不受水淹的影响。In order to assess the flood control safety of a typical site of nuclear power plant, the probable maximum flood and the routing process of the flood with a returning period of 1 000 years under the condition of high tide from the open coastal are simu- lated herein with the software-MIKE21, and then the water obstructing effect from a large built bridge on the, flood discharge, channel at the north of the plant site on flood is analyzed as well. The study shows that compared with the water obstructing effec- ring from the bridge, the flood control safety of the nuclear power plant is mainly dominated by the intensity of the peak flow from the upstream watershed caused by rainfall, even if it is under the scenario that the design basis tidal level during flood is super posed by the probable maximum flood caused by rainfall, the main area of the nuclear power plant is to be not impacted by imm- dation.
