摘　　要：哲学咨询是否存在方法的问题一直是该领域争论不休的问题。有学者认为哲学咨询没有方法,这使哲学咨询产生不能确立专业地位和专业标准,以及无法进行专业培训和推广咨询服务的困境。但是,坚持哲学咨询有方法也陷入方法不能达成共识的难题。方法多元和折中主义解决了哲学咨询没有方法的困境,但尚不能解决哲学咨询方法上出现的混乱局面。找出一种方法论原则,用以确立哲学咨询的专业性和指导咨询实践,不失为一条可行的路径。In philosophical counseling, the question whether there is a method has been a vexed issue. Some scholars believe that there is no method in philosophical counseling, which results in that the professional status and standards of philosophical counseling cannot be established, that professional training cannot be conducted, and that consulting services can be promoted. However, other scholars have insisted that there are methods in philosophical counseling, which facing the challenges because they cannot reach a consensus in method. Pluralism and eclecticism in method can solve the problem above, but cannot avoid the chaos in method of philosophical counseling. Finding a methodological principle, by which philosophical counseling can be established and its practice can be guided, would be a viable path.
