医护一体化模式对乳腺癌术后病人患肢功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化模式对乳腺癌术后病人患肢功能恢复的影响。方法对2014年1月~2014年6月收治的50例乳腺癌术后病人按传统护理模式进行医疗护理,设为对照组;对2014年7月~2014年12月收治的50例乳腺癌术后病人按医护一体化模式进行医疗护理,设为实验组。比较2组病人术后患肢功能恢复情况及病人的满意度。结果康复组患肢功能恢复情况及病人的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开展医护一体化的新型服务模式,能有效改善患肢功能的恢复,有利于调节患者心理,提高其生活质量及满意度,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the application of health care integration mode in limb functional recovery of postoperative breast cancer patients. Methods 50 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients who accepted the traditional healthcare mode collected from January to June of 2014 were set as the control group. Another 50 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients who accepted the medical integration model medical care collected from July to December of 2014 were set as the experimental group. The postoperative limb function recovery and patients＇ satisfaction between these two groups were compared. Results The recovery of limb function and the patients＇ satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of control group and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The health care integration mode can effectively improve the limb functional recovery and the satisfaction of postoperative breast cancer patients,which is worth clinical promotion.
