护理咨询门诊对糖尿病患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理咨询门诊对糖尿病患者心理健康状况的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2015年6月来本院就诊的糖尿病病患118例。实施护理咨询门诊干预3个月后,运用正性负性情绪量表对患者的心理健康状况进行测评,同时运用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对患者的心理变化进行测评。结果在护理咨询门诊干预后患者的正性情绪明显高于干预前,而干预后患者的负性情绪明显低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同程度焦虑状况干预前后比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同程度抑郁状况干预前后比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理咨询门诊可以有效改善糖尿病患者的心理健康状况。Objective To study the effect of the Out-patient nursing consultation on on Negative Affect in DM patients. Methods 118 cases DM patients were choosed from January 2015 to June 2015 as samples. More than 3 months with Out-patient nursing consultation,using Positive and Negative Affect Scale for patients with mental health evaluation,at the same time using the SAS and SDS to measure the patients psychological change. Results Out-patient nursing consultation affect the Negative Affect of DM patients,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Different degree of anxiety comparison before and after intervntion,statistically significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）. Different degree of depression comparison before and after intervention,statistically significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Out- patient nursing consultation can effectively improve the DM patients＇ psychological status.
