摘　　要：当前,基层社会治理具有形势的复杂性、关系的多元性和治理内容的繁难性等实践特征,面临着治理转型滞后、治理主体虚化和治理能力弱化等发展困境,应以治理转型、主体再造和能力提升等作为化解之策,逐步实现基层社会的善治。Nowadays, the grass-roots governance has the following practical characteristics： complexity of the situation, diversity of relationship and trouble of governance content. At the same time, grass-roots governance facing the development predicament, such as lag of governance transformation, the delexicalization of governance subjects and the weakness of governance capability. Faced with this situation, what should be done is transforming the governance type, reshaping the governance subjects and improving the governance ability, achieving good governance of grassroots society gradually.
