摘　　要：《管子》的人才任用思想是极为丰富而深刻的。它提出了"天下不患无臣,患无君以使之"的著名论断。认为人才能否得到正确使用,能否发挥作用,取决于君主的个人素质。主张"察能授官""任其所长,不任其所短",对于人才要做到"用人不疑,疑人不用",不能求全责备。The thought of talents appointment of Guanzi is extremely rich and profound.It puts forward the famous judgement that the world does not suffer without official in feudal times but kings.Guanzi agreed the talents used or not correct used was based on the king＇s personal qualities.Guanzi proposed,according to the talents＇ ability,they would take official positions,namely,their advantages but not his disadvantages.For the talents,if you use them,you shouldn＇t suspect them;if you suspect them,you don＇t use them.You shouldn＇t always demand them perfect.
