摘  要:针对双圆弧修正齿型涡旋膨胀机,运用理论计算的方法探讨进气口形状及开启特性等对进气压力损失的影响。通过涡旋膨胀机动涡盘运动特性及对进气孔开启、关闭过程的理论分析,计算了进气孔压力损失,认为进气孔开启特性及关闭特性是影响进气压力损失的关键因素,开孔面积为次重要影响因素,为涡旋膨胀机进气孔的优化设计提供了理论依据。In this paper, the effect of the inlet geometry and the opening characteristic of the suction port on the suction pressure loss of a double arc correction toothed scroll expander was analyzed by numerical simulation method. Based on the theory analysis and the calculation of inlet pressure losses, it was found that the opening and closing characteristics of suction ports were the main factor affecting the suction pressure loss, and the change of area was the secondary factor. Present results could be helpful in the optimal design of suction port and performance improvement of the scroll expander.
