摘　　要：为了消除安全隐患,提高压缩机设备的安全性、可靠性和经济性,针对2台大型迷宫压缩机的联轴器螺栓断裂原因进行了深入细致的分析,找到事故发生的原因,与联轴器配套商交流,优化联轴器结构,更换后的联轴器在现场使用情况良好,保证了压缩机在额定工况下长期运行的要求。In order to eliminating the security risks and improving the safety, reliability and economy of compressor equipment, aiming at the reasons of two sets of large type labyrinth compressors flexible coupling bolt fracture, this paper has analyzed in depth and the causes are found out. Communicated with coupling supporting supplier, optimized coupling structure, the replaced coupling is well used in site. It endures the requirement of compressor＇s long-term operation under rated conditions.
