摘 要:利用氯化铕(Eu Cl3)、苯甲酸(BA)、菲咯啉(Phen)和2,2′-联吡啶(Bipy)为原料合成了Eu(BA)3Phen和Eu(BA)3Bipy两种配合物,并将两种配合物分别掺入甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中,在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)作用下引发聚合,获得不同探针分子的两种温敏漆Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA和Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA。利用红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱对两种探针分子及温敏漆的特性进行了表征,分析结果表明,探针分子Eu(BA)3Phen的荧光强度明显强于Eu(BA)3Bipy,相对应的两种温敏漆Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA与Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA均有较好的温度猝灭特性,但是对比分析发现在25~35℃和35~45℃温度区间内温敏漆Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA的灵敏度较高,而在45~55℃和55~65℃温度区间内温敏漆Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA的灵敏度较高,可见温敏漆在不同温度区间的测温灵敏度是不同的。In this paper, the probe molecules Eu(BA)3Phen and Eu(BA)3Bipy were prepared by using Eu Cl3,Benzoic Acid(BA), 1,10-Phenanthroline(Phen), 2,2′-Dipyridyl(Bipy) as raw materials, and two kinds of temperature sensitive paint(Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA and Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA) was obtained when Eu(BA)3Phen and Eu(BA)3Bipy were doped into the Methyl methacrylate(MMA), which were polymerized under the action of the initiator Benzoyl peroxide(BPO). The probe molecules and the TSPs(temperature sensitive paint) were characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of Eu(BA)3Phen is stronger than the Eu(BA)3Bipy, and the temperature quenching properties of the two TSPs were good. Compared to two TSPs, the temperature sensitivity of Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA was higher than Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA in 25~35 ℃and 35~45 ℃. However, the temperature sensitivity of Eu(BA)3Bipy/PMMA was higher than Eu(BA)3Phen/PMMA in 45 ~55 ℃ and 55 ~65 ℃, that is to say, the temperature sensitivity of TSPs was different in different temperature ranges.
