针织大圆机安装调试及使用中的问题分析

摘　　要：针对针织大圆机正常使用过程中易忽视的问题,阐述针织大圆机加工制造过程中的安装、调试以及使用中的注意事项。指出安装时,机架部分应注意检查主副脚两个端面的平面度及平行度,注意安装顺序,组装机架的工作场地要平整等;心脏部分针筒与大齿轮的连接部分尽量不加装垫片,调整工件圆度的偏心或顶丝等。调试时应注意工艺点的选择,送纱张力的控制,以及布面纹路和横向阴影的控制等。最后从7个方面分析针织大圆机使用过程中的注意事项,为针织大圆机的正确操作与使用提供参考。In terms of the problems easy to be overlooked in using weft circular knitting machine, the paper describes the key points of installation and debugging and the precautions in use. In installation of parts, it points out that the flatness and parallelism of the end face of primary and secondary leg on the frame should be examined carefully, the workplace of assembling frame should be also flat; in the connection section of work drum and gearwheel it is better not to apply shim and so on. In debugging parts, it points out that the processing point should be chosen exactly, the yarn tension is set reasonably, the fabric texture and horizontal shadow are controlled properly and so on. Finally, the notes on the usage of circular knitting machine are analyzed from 7 aspects, which can provide a reference for operating correctly.
