莫代尔与锦纶交织弹力针织物染整工艺研究

摘　　要：阐述了莫代尔与锦纶交织针织面料的性能,指出了其在染整加工中工艺复杂、染色难度大等问题,并探讨了莫代尔与锦纶交织弹力针织物的染整工艺。文中从前处理、染色、后整理与成品定形这几方面详细介绍了染整工艺参数、工艺处方及条件以及加工注意事项。结果表明:严格控制莫代尔与锦纶交织弹力针织物的染整工艺参数,可避免产生织物色花、折痕、损伤等现象,保证良好的色牢度;莫代尔与锦纶交织弹力针织物染色时要合理筛选适当的染料,染中色及中深色可采用一浴两步法,亮丽及深色染色采用两浴两步法。The properties of modal and nylon inter-knitted elastic fabric were expounded, and the problems of complex process, great difficulty for dyeing in the dyeing and finishing were pointed out, and the dyeing and finishing process of modal and nylon inter-knitted elastic fabric was discussed. The dyeing and finishing technological parameters, recipes and conditions, and technological precautions were introduced in detail from the respects of pretreatment, dyeing, post-treatment and product setting. The results show that it can avoid the phenomena of color defect, fold, damage and ensure great color fastness by controlling dyeing and finishing technological parameters of modal and nylon inter-kintted elastic fabric; it should select suitable dyes when dyeing modal and chinlon interweaved elastic knitted fabric, and it adopt one-bath and two-step method when dyeing middle color and middle deep color, and adopt two-bath and two-step method when dyeing bright color and deep color.
