摘  要:目的了解及总结昆明市妇幼保健院听力筛查现状及指导未来工作发展方向。方法对11 505例在昆明市妇幼保健院出生的新生儿出生后48小时至7天内用瞬态诱发耳声发射(transit evoked otoacoustic emission,TEOAE)进行听力初筛,未通过者于生后42天进行复筛,复筛未通过者于月龄满3个月时采用听觉脑干诱发电位仪(ABR)进行确诊。结果 2013年与2014年相比较,初筛率由95.09%上升到95.51%,初筛通过率由76.14%上升到95.04%,复筛率由45.86%上升到74.59%,复筛通过率由90.23%下降到80.09%,确诊率由1.23‰上升到1.64‰。结论通过对新生儿听力筛查现状的分析,发现存在的问题,不断改进。通过完善听力学检测设备的配置、进一步规范操作技术及科学化的管理等积极的措施,对新生儿听力筛查的结果具有非常重要的意义。Objective To understand the current situation and development about hearing screening in Kunming and Maternity and Child Health Hospital. Methods 11,505 cases of newborns with transit evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) hearing of the initial screening in Kunming Maternity and Child Health Hospital, followed by the rescreening 42 days after those who did not pass, using auditory brainstem evoked potential(ABR) for those who did not pass in the rescreening and diagnosed at least 3 months of age. Results In 2013 compared with in 2014, the initial screening rates increased from 95.09% to 95.51%, pass screening rate increased from 76.14% to 95.04%,rescreening rate increased from 45.86% to 74.59%, pass rescreening rate from 90.23% to 80.09%,and accurate diagnosis rate increased from 1.23‰ to 1.64‰. Conclusion On the status of newborn hearing screening analysis, we find problems and continuous improvement. To take complete audiological testing equipment configuration, To take standardized operation technology and scientific management series of positive measures, which all have a very important significance for the results of newborn hearing screening.
