摘　　要：目的评价及探讨超声引导下肾活检穿刺改进的临床应用价值。方法选取318患者选择肾中下部外侧缘肾实质进行穿刺分析。结果取材成功318例,成功率100%,取材次数2-3次,单条肾小球10-40个,4例发生肉眼血尿(1.26%),12例肾包膜下血肿(8.12%),无1例发生严重并发症。结论该穿刺活检技术安全、高效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To assess the application of improved ultrasound guided renal biopsy technique. Methods There were 318 patients in the study. Puncture renal biopsies were performed at the lateral edge of kidney. Results 318 patients were successfully underwent by ultrasound guided renal biopsy, and success rates were 100%, puncture times were 2 to 3, 4 cases were observed of macro hematuria（1.26%）,12 cases were observed of subcapsular hematoma（8.12%）. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion This renal biopsy technique was safe and effective, and worthy of wide application in clinic.
