摘  要:以毛稔叶片作为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究不同种类激素的浓度配比对毛稔叶片离体再生的影响。结果表明,黑暗条件与光照12 h·d-1有利于毛稔愈伤组织形成,毛稔叶片愈伤组织最佳诱导培养基为MS+0.5 mg·L-16-BA+2.0 mg·L-12,4-D+0.1 mg·L-1NAA,光照12 h·d-1诱导40 d,愈伤诱导率为96%;叶片形成的愈伤组织分化率极低,分化率随6-BA浓度升高而升高,愈伤组织分化最适培养基为MS+0.1 mg·L-1NAA+2.0 mg·L-16-BA,分化率为10%;最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.1 mg·L-1NAA,生根率为88.89%。The tissue culture and plant regeneration of Melastoma sanguineum was studied by using leaves as material. The explants were cultivated in MS medium added with different concentrations of hormones to examine their effects on regeneration. The results indicated as follows. The dark condition was benefit to callus induction as well as 12 h. d^-1 light condition. The optimum medium for callus induction was MS+0.5 mg·L^-1 6-BA+2.0 mg·L^-1 2,4-D+0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA with the induction rate of 96%, which inducted 40 days under 12 h·d^-1 light condition. The differentiation rate increased as the concentration of 6-BA increased. The best medium for differentiation was MS+0.1 mg. L^-1 NAA+2.0 mg. L^-1 6-BA with a low differentiation rate of 10%. The best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA with the rooting rate of 88.89%.
