摘  要:以白榆不同家系种子为材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法研究不同浓度(0,50,100,150,200,250mmol/L和300mmol/L)NaCl胁迫对白榆不同家系种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随NaCl浓度增加,3个家系种子发芽势和发芽指数均呈逐渐下降的趋势;家系MZ 001发芽率呈先增加后降低的趋势,幼苗长度生长呈逐渐下降的趋势;家系MZ002和MZ 003发芽率呈逐渐下降的趋势,幼苗长度生长呈先增加后降低的趋势。根据幼苗长度相对生长量,计算出白榆不同家系的耐盐阈值在105.87~188.75mmol/L之间,表明白榆幼苗具有一定的耐盐性,且不同家系间耐盐性遗传差异较大,说明白榆不同家系间具有较大的耐盐良种选育潜力。This paper studied the influence of different concentrations of NaCl(0,50,100,150,200,250,300mmol/L)on seed germination and seedling growth of different Ulmus pumila families by means of petri dish paper germination method.The results showed that,with increase of NaCl concentration,germination potential and germination index of 3families seedling tended to decrease,the germination rate of MZ 001 family increased first and then decreased while its length of seedling growth decreased gradually,and the germination rate of MZ 002 and MZ 003 families were on a gradual decline while their lengths of seedling growth increased first and then decreased.Salt-tolerant threshold of different Ulmus pumilafamilies have been calculated(105.87-188.75mmol/L)according to relative growth of seedling length,which shows that Ulmus pumila seedling was moderately salt-tolerant and there was a great genetic difference among their families,which also means that different Ulmus pumilafamilies have an enormous potential on selection of salt-tolerant varieties.
