摘  要:就朝仓花椒(Zanthoxylum piperitum DC.var.inerme Makino)叶水浸提物对4种白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,花椒叶水浸提物显著抑制白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长,且水浸提液浓度越高,抑制作用越强。水浸提液稀释4倍,白菜幼苗生长仍受到显著抑制,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增高。说明白菜萌发及幼苗生长受到抑制是由于白菜幼苗的酶系统遭受破坏所致。The allelopathic effects of aqueous extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum DC.var.inerme Makino leaves on seed germination and early seedling growth of four cabbage varieties were investigated.It was found that the aqueous extracts inhibited both germination and growth,the inhibition were more strong as the aqueous extract concentration increased.When the aqueous extract was diluted 4folds,the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage still were inhibited significantly,the MAD content increased constantly,while CAT,POD and SOD activity was inhibited strongly.It's suggesting that the aqueous extracts fromZanthoxylum piperitum DC.var.inerme Makino destroys the cabbage's antioxidase system,thus inhibiting both the seed germination and the early seedling growth.
