摘  要:为了掌握高配比不同粒级贵沙褐铁粉矿对烧结性能的影响情况,本文从原料的粒度、主要化学成分、矿物组成、烧结矿强度、成品率、低温还原粉化指数、软化区间、熔滴总特征值等方面进行了试验研究。结果表明,干法筛分得到的贵沙粉矿A的烧结性能指标较好,适宜的贵沙粉矿烧结参数为:贵沙粉矿40%,精矿60%,烧结矿碱度1.81~1.90,在满足高炉造渣条件下,合理提高烧结矿碱度,有利于改善烧结矿的强度及还原性能。In order to master the influences of high proportion of different size of Guisha limonite fines on sintering perform- anee,the experimental study was carried out in terms of raw material size, main chemical composition, mineral composition, sinter strength,product yield,low temperature RDI, softening range, the total droplet characteristics value and other aspects etc.. The result shows that, the sintering performance indexes of Guisha limonite fines A produced from dry screening process are good, and the appropriate sintering parameters of Guisha fines are as follows :Guisha limonite fines 40% , concentrates 60% , sinter basicity 1.81 ~1.90. Under the condition of meeting BF slag forming, reasonably increasing the sinter basicity will help to improve strength and reduction performance of sinter.
