摘 要:高温是限制植物生长、发育和产量的主要胁迫因子。硫化氢(H_2S)是继一氧化碳(CO)和一氧化氮(NO)后植物体内的第3种内源气体信号分子,参与种子萌发、生长发育、气孔运动,以及耐逆性包括耐热性形成等多种生理过程。本文结合最新的研究进展,在阐明H_2S代谢的基础上,综述了H_2S诱导的耐热性与抗氧化系统、渗透调节物质、钙信使系统和热激蛋白的关系,以及H_2S诱导耐热性形成过程中与其他信号分子如NO、过氧化氢、CO、脱落酸、水杨酸等的相互作用,指出H_2S是植物耐热性形成的重要信使分子,并提出未来的研究方向。High temperature is a major factor that limits growth, development and production in plants. Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) is a third endogenous gaseous signal molecule after carbon monoxide(CO) and nitric oxide(NO) in plants, involving in many physiological processes such as seed germination, growth and development, stomatal movement, and stress tolerance including heat tolerance. On the basis of current research advance, in this review, H2 S metabolism, H2S-induced heat tolerance and involvement of antioxidant system, osmolyte, calcium messenger system and heat shock proteins, as well as signal crosstalk between H2 S and other signal molecules like NO, hydrogen peroxide, CO, abscisic acid, salicylic acid in the acquisition of heat tolerance induced by H2 S were summarized, which indicated that H2 S was an important signal molecule in the acquisition of heat tolerance of plants, and research direction in the future was prospected.
