摘 要:为了满足液压支架检测检验和科学试验的要求,解决液压支架试验台外加载试验技术的难题,研究了液压支架垂直外加载、水平外加载、侧向外加载技术,解决了"大缸径、重载多缸同步"等关键技术;并成功应用于煤科院液压支架试验台,满足了GB25974.1、EN1804.1标准关于液压支架让缩性能和复合加载的试验要求,填补了行业空白。To satisfy the requirements of scientific test for the hydraulic support and solve the problems about external load testing technology for the hydraulic support test bench, the paper studied vertical, horizontal and lateral external loading technology for the hydraulic support, so as to solve the key technology such as synchronization of multiple large-diameter and heavy-load cylinders. And then, the technologies were successfully applied to the hydraulic support test bench in China Coal Research Institute, thus the requirements of the test for yielding performance and composite loading in standard GB25974.1 and EN1804.1 were satisfied, which filled the industry blank.
