摘　　要：列举了多绳摩擦式提升机天轮装置使用过程中经常出现的问题,对其进行了理论分析,提出了结构设计改进方案。该方案已经应用于产品生产中,目前基本上解决了多绳摩擦式提升机天轮装置存在的问题。After listing the problems of the head pulley assembly of the multi-rope friction hoist occurred during service process, the paper conducted theoretical analysis, and proposed the improvement schemes on its structural design. The schemes had been applied to the actual production, which nearly solved all the problems of the head pulley assembly of the multi-rope friction hoist.
