摘 要:大型立磨的传统设计方法以经验类比法为主,设计过程中涉及的参数计算、草图绘制和强度分析等各流程之间相对独立,设计开发过程效率较低,有很大的优化空间。将数字化设计引入立磨的开发全过程之中,编写立磨设计软件平台,在此平台下完成立磨设计的理论计算和参数确定。将立磨的参数计算、数字建模和工程分析过程相整合,形成一套完整的立磨数字化设计流程,实现了各设计环节之间的数据传递和信息共享,提高了新型立磨的研发效率,得到了更理想的设计方案。Experience analogy is the main traditional method for the design of the vertical mill. The design steps such as parameter calculation, sketching and strength analysis were independent from each other, the design efficiency was low, and the design results had great optimization space. In the paper, the digital design was introduced into the whole development process of the vertical mill, the design software platform was programmed, and theoretical calculation and parameter determination for the design of the vertical mill were completed based on the platform. The parameter calculation, digital modeling and CAE analysis were integrated to form a set of digital design process of the vertical mill. Thus, the data transfer and information share of all design steps were realized, the development efficiency of the vertical mill was improved, and more ideal design scheme was obtained.
